2. Cookies & tracking
Strictly necessary cookies only remember your choice in the cookie banner. Without them the banner would ask again on every page load.
Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (_ga,
_ga_*) — load only with your consent. Until you
give it, the Google script is not downloaded at all. If you choose
„Necessary only“, its cookies are deleted from your browser. The
controller is Google Ireland Limited; transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US
Data Privacy Framework.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer — withdrawing is as easy as giving consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Consent is valid for one year, then we ask again.
We use no marketing or advertising cookies.
We use Google Fonts to load typefaces, which may record your IP address as a necessary part of delivering the content. No cookies are set by this.
3. What data we process
The website itself collects no data through forms. If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide (in particular your e-mail address and the content of your message), solely to handle your enquiry.
- Purpose: communication and replying to your enquiry.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performance of / steps prior to a contract.
- Retention: for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and then per statutory periods; e-mail correspondence is kept for no more than 3 years as a rule.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. The website runs on our hosting provider's infrastructure (Vercel Inc.), acting as a processor; e-mail communication runs through our e-mail provider.
5. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing and object,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).
